New fee rates
The Albanian General Directorate of Industrial Property has informed us that by Decree of the Government No. 316 of 31 May 2018[ 1 ] some patent fees have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Albania are advised that from 6 June 2018 the following rates for renewal fees apply:
