The fees guidance currently applicable is set out in OJ EPO 2014, A37, taking into consideration the changed amounts of fees for international applications (OJ EPO 2015, A100).

OJ EPO 2016, A10 - LV Latvia

New fee rates

The Patent Office of the Republic of Latvia has informed us that some patent fees have been changed.^[ 1 ]

Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Latvia are advised that from 1 January 2016 the rates below apply.

Payment of fees

The Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic has informed us that the name, address and BIC code of the bank for renewal fees and other fees concerning European patents in Slovakia have changed as follows:

New fee rates

The Turkish Patent Institute has informed us that some patent fees have been changed.^[ 1 ]

Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Turkey are advised that from 1 January 2016 the rates below apply. The figures in brackets are the reduced amounts recently introduced for users paying fees and filing documents online.
